Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

As of the date of this Privacy Notice, SyncGlide does not offer any AI-powered products or features, and we do not process your personal information using artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies.

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our Services are hosted using third-party cloud infrastructure providers, primarily Vercel and Neon, which operate globally distributed data centers. As a result, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed in facilities located outside of your country of residence, including the United States.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete such data from our records.
